Calendoc Terms of Use

Please review the following before using Calendoc (the "app").

1. Governing Agreement

Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). This page provides app-specific information in plain language and does not replace the Standard EULA. If there is any conflict, the Standard EULA controls.

2. App Functionality

The app displays and edits calendars and reminders on your device and, when you choose to connect them, information from Google Calendar and Google Tasks. Features may change as the app improves or as operating systems and external services change.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of your events and tasks, managing your accounts, and maintaining any backups you require. Do not use the app to violate applicable law or the rights of others.

4. External Services

When the app uses services provided by Apple, Google, or other providers, their respective terms and privacy policies also apply. Some features may become unavailable if an external service is interrupted or changed.

5. Purchases and Refunds

Purchases, billing, and refunds are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and procedures.

6. Warranty and Liability

Warranties, limitations of liability, and termination are governed by the Standard EULA and applicable law.

7. Privacy

For information about how the app handles data, see the Calendoc Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

If this page changes, the updated date will be revised. Material changes may also be announced in the app when appropriate.
